Natural Gas Furnace & Heat Pump Service Agreement
    
General Terms and Conditions for Plan A and Plan B
By selecting a service plan, the customer agrees to the following:
  1. To retain coverage, all accounts must be kept current.
  2. The effective period of this agreement for the first-time users shall be for one year commencing from date of actual tune-up and inspection.
  3. Should you sell your home, coverage is automatically transferable to the new owner of your home for the remainder of the contract period provided the new owner adheres to the terms and conditions of this contract.
  4. The company shall not be liable for failure or delay to provide the service if failure or delay results from availability of parts, the supply of fuel or for any reason beyond our control.
  5. This agreement covers residential units. Commercial quotes are available upon request.
  6. Routine replacement parts are not included. REPLACEMENT PARTS if done during tune-ups will be supplied at a 10% discount and installed at prevailing rates.
  7. Emergency Service is classified as a call to correct a gas furnace, heat pump or air conditioning system that is not putting out heat, cooling or to correct a problem that is considered urgent.
  8. Plan B coverage is subject to inspection and approval of heating and cooling equipment at time of initial tune-up.
  9. Major repairs or coil cleaning found necessary will be called to your attention and your authorization will be obtained before work is done.
  10. All Fall tune-ups will be scheduled prior to December 31st. All air conditioning tune-ups will be scheduled prior to July 31st.
  11. These agreements do not include filter changes, except during inspections.
  12. If you need to replace your equipment, Plan B agreement includes a 10% discount on the installation price of the following: New Furnace, Condenser, Humidifier, Heat Pump, Evaporator Coil, Gas Pack, A/C System, Blower Coil and Attic Fan.
  13. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement renders it null and void. The company shall not be required to refund in full or in part any payment for this contract.
  14. The company assumes no responsibility for damage caused by stopped-up condensate lines. During service, condensate lines will be checked and cleaned. We suggest a float switch for all attic installations.
  15. The company assumes absolutely no environmental liability associated with the labor or breakdown of any part before or after installation.
