General Terms and Conditions for Plan 1 and Plan 2
By selecting a service plan, the customer agrees to the following:

  1. These agreements cover only those repairs and replacement parts herein whose failure results from normal operation during the heating season. Any person other than our technicians rendering repairs or adjustments will void this agreement.
  2. The company shall also not be liable for customer failure to use ordinary care in equipment operation, including but not limited to: failure to keep adequate water in boiler, fuel in tank (if applicable), failure to turn on emergency switch, thrown circuit breakers or any other cause unrelated to normal operation.
  3. All parts, equipment and/or labor not covered under these agreements will be charged at prevailing rates.
  4. These agreements cover residential units. Commercial quotes are available upon request.
  5. The company assumes no responsibility for damage caused by stopped-up condensate lines. During service, condensate lines will be checked and cleaned. We suggest a float switch for all attic installations.
  6. Emergency service is a call any time after 5 P.M. and before 7 A.M. Monday-Friday, or any time on weekends and holidays.
  7. Labor for after hour calls is only covered when responding to an emergency service call.
  8. Plan 2 does cover water leaks, water damage, damage caused by excessive basement dampness, frozen pipes or water in tanks.
  9. Plan 2 coverage is subject to inspection and approval of heating equipment at time of initial (first year) tune-up.
  10. Rental property covered under Plan 2 requires that occupant must purchase fuel from our company or call our office for special arrangements.
  11. The effective period of the Plan 2 Extensive Coverage for first-time users shall be for one year commencing from the date of actual tune-up and inspection.
  12. Should you sell your home, Plan 2 Extensive Coverage is automatically transferable to the new owner of your home for the remainder of the agreement period provided the new owner adheres to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  13. The company assumes absolutely no enviromental liability associated with the labor or breakdown of any part covered under Plan 2 or our basic tune-up.
